First I want to thank you for the self-esteem that I have gained from my new smile. Since I was a young teenager, over 35 years ago, I have been ashamed of my teeth. Your skillful hands have corrected this for me. I also want to thank you for your professionalism. I discussed with you over 3 years ago the desire I had to correct my smile. You made an appointment for me and made impressions. You spent time with me explaining the procedure and I left your office thinking I would continue with the process. Well, as you know fear took over and I couldn’t bring myself to continue. I came into your office every 6 months to have my teeth cleaned and each time you checked them, never asking me if I had decided to start this dental correction. During those 3 years I was embarrassed that I couldn’t overcome the fear and I will never forget what you told me. You told me that when I was ready I would do it.
